SCENE CREEK CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Contest Period
All contests for advance screenings begin from the date the contest is published on the site and end (5) days prior to the screening date at 11:59 PM EST. Contests for all other prizing begin from the date the contest is published on the site and end (5) days prior to the release date at 11:59 PM EST.
2. Entry Process
No purchase is necessary to enter any contests. To enter, visit www.scenecreek.com and fill out all the required entries on the form. Limit of entry per person unless otherwise stated. A bonus entry can be gained by Re-Tweeting the official contest announcement made on the @SceneCreek Twitter channel. Using your personal Twitter account during the contest period, Re-Tweet the contest tweet to receive a bonus entry. The tweet will appear on your Twitter account, and must remain on Twitter until the end of the Contest Period to constitute as a bonus valid entry.
All entries that are irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Contest rules and regulations may be disqualified. Scene Creek is not responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
3. Eligibility
Contests are open to legal residents of Canada who are thirteen years of age or over at the time of entry. Entrants under the age of majority are eligible to win provided that the entrant’s parent or legal guardian accepts the prize on his or her behalf.
4. The Draw
The winners of the contest will be selected in a random draw conducted by Scene Creek of all eligible entries received during the contest period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period. The random drawings will take place the following the day of the contest end date. Scene Creek will attempt to notify the selected entrant by email within one (1) day of the draw. All entry forms submitted become the property of Scene Creek and will not be returned.
5. General
By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these rules and regulations, and further agree that the decisions of Scene Creek are final. The sponsor reserves the right at any time without prior notice to withdraw, cancel, terminate, amend, modify or suspend the contest if for any reason in the opinion of the sponsor, in their sole discretion, the contest is not capable of operating as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond their control. Scene Creek reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the online entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these rules or otherwise in disruptive manner with respect to the contest. The sponsor also reserves the right to cancel contests at any time because of any printing or other error. The sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software (including on account of traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site) or any combination thereof. The sponsor shall not be liable for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the contest, including any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials relating to the contest or any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries submitted online.
6. Privacy and Personal Information
Scene Creek will be collecting data about entrants through the contest entry forms. Scene Creek will not sell or transmit this information to third parties unless the entrant has specifically consented.
7. Subject to Applicable Laws
All contests are subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
