Below is the first teaser trailer for Paranormal Activity 3. The trailer looks pretty interesting, considering that I despised the second film. Hopefully this film can redeem the franchise.

Franchise creator and producer Oren Peli tells us that filming is currently underway and that it’s been a challenge making sure they do the fans right: “The challenge we are dealing with is to create same kind of dreaded feeling of terror and horror, while at the same time also [delivering] something fresh, different and unique,” he told Bloody Disgusting talking about creating “a new experience that delicately balances fear and originality. “ [I am] hoping fans will be pleasantly pleased.” This viral stunt is their way of giving the teaser directly to the fans, before theaters, and saying “thank you” for the continued support.
