Surprise, surprise. Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the highest paid man in Hollywood, with Johnny Depp coming in at second. They’re doing pretty good for themselves if I do say so myself.

This year’s list included Hollywood’s top 15 earners, as opposed to the usual 10. In order, they are:

1. Leonardo DiCaprio ($77 million)
2. Johnny Depp ($50 million)
3. Adam Sandler ($40 million)
4. Will Smith ($36 million)
5. Tom Hanks ($35 million)
6. Ben Stiller ($34 million)
7. Robert Downey, Jr. ($31 million)
8. Mark Wahlberg ($28 million)
9. Tim Allen ($22 million)
10. Tom Cruise ($22 million)
11. Jim Carrey ($20 million)
12. Daniel Craig ($20 million)
13. Robert Pattinson ($20 million)
14. Brad Pitt ($20 million)
15. Matt Damon ($18 million)

According to Forbes.com, “Pirates of the Caribbean” star Depp topped the list in 2010 with $75 million but this year drops to #2, raking in a still-impressive $50 million. DiCaprio, however, was able to break his previous record by making $77 million in 2010 thanks to the success of flicks like “Shutter Island” and “Inception.”

Both Depp and DiCaprio are sure to keep their profiles high thanks to a slew of upcoming projects on both their dockets. DiCaprio is set to star in “J. Edgar,” “The Great Gatsby” and “Django Unchained.” Meanwhile, Depp has upcoming films “Dark Shadows” and “21 Jump Street” on his plate.
